•  Real Lollipop ROM and Requires LOLLIPOP Compatible Recovery
•  Please follow my steps

STEPS TO FLASH

1. Download and Flash ROW ROM using SP Flash Tool.
2. Flash TWRP Recovery through SP Flash Tool after flashing ROW ROM
3. Boot into Recovery and Flash SuperSU.zip
4. Boot/Start your phone and install FLASHIFY app and flash TWRP Recovery
5. Now Boot Into Recovery mode of your Phone
6. WIPE Cache/Dalvik Cache and [Internal Storage is optional]
7. Flash CM12.1.zip or CM13.zip file and wait until it finishes.
8. Flash Gapps 5.0.x or Gapps 6.0 and then flash SuperSU.zip to root your device.
9. Now boot up your phone and ENJOY Lollipop/Marshmallow ROM on your S650
